Four-stage assurance from goods-in to dispatch

Incoming Inspection
Material certificate verification, dimensional and visual goods-in inspection.

First Article Approval
The first part of every work order is fully dimensionally verified by CMM or optical measurement.

In-Process Control
Process stability is monitored through operator self-inspection plus planned intermediate checks.

Final Inspection & Dispatch
Sampling or 100% inspection; dispatch accompanied by measurement reports and certificates.
